Begitu gencar narasi bahwa rokok adalah pembunuh. Tapi narasi itu tidak berlaku bagi para Subyek di film ini. Beliau-beliau ini tetap sehat, bahagia dan tetap produktif di usia lanjut, walaupun merokok. Lalu, benarkah bahwa, "Merokok Membunuhmu?". Bagaimana dengan makanan yang berpengawet dan tanaman berpestisida?. Bagaimana dengan faktor internal setiap individu?
